Your Retreat Location
About
This retreat takes place in a private, expansive Catskills home designed to support both deep inner work and genuine rest. The space offers a balance of openness and intimacy — with multiple areas to gather, as well as quiet corners to step away and be with yourself.
From the warmth of the stone fireplace to the natural light that fills the home, every element of the space is intended to feel grounding, spacious, and supportive of the process unfolding throughout the retreat.

The Land
Set on a secluded property in the Catskills, the land itself is an integral part of the experience. Surrounded by forest, mountain views, and open sky, the environment offers a natural sense of quiet and containment.
There are opportunities to walk, sit, and spend time outdoors — whether by the fire pit, on the decks, or along the nearby stream. Many participants find that time on the land supports integration in subtle but meaningful ways.
The Home
The home blends rustic character with comfort, featuring original barn beams, a central stone fireplace, and spacious communal areas designed for gathering and connection.
Dedicated spaces for movement, rest, and care — including a yoga studio, massage room, and multiple living areas — allow the rhythm of the retreat to unfold with ease. Whether in shared space or quiet reflection, the home supports both connection and individual experience.

Growth
The setting of this retreat is not incidental — it is part of the container.
The quiet, privacy, and natural surroundings support the nervous system in settling, allowing participants to engage in this work with a greater sense of safety and ease.
Private Guest Bedrooms
Each guest will have their own private bedroom.
This is an intentional part of the retreat design, allowing for personal space, rest, and integration. Having a private room offers the opportunity to fully settle, reflect, and care for yourself throughout the experience.
